Wagering Requirement

A specified wagering amount must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. For wagering calculation purposes:

• In Sports Betting, only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher count towards wagering.
• Live Casino games count as 100% towards wagering.
• Slots games count as 100% towards wagering.

Bonus Validity Period

Every bonus has an expiry period. Wagering requirements must typically be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited. If the conditions are not fulfilled within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Self-Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your verified balance before closing your account. Any remaining balance after closure is typically refunded within 5–7 business days.
